Shane Caskey brings a blend of creative problem-solving and entrepreneurial spirit to his role as Director of Operations at Jen Caskey Group. A Southern California native raised in Manhattan Beach, Shane earned his degree in Finance from San Diego State University before building his career across business development, marketing, and operations.

At JCG, Shane works behind the scenes to make everything run seamlessly. From building smarter systems and growing the business to creating a client experience worth talking about, he brings structure, strategy, and a genuine care for the people around him to everything he does.

Outside the office, you'll find Shane at the beach, experimenting in the kitchen, or enjoying time with friends and family. He believes the best businesses are built the same way as the best relationships - with care, consistency, and a commitment to always making people feel taken care of.
