We are so lucky to work with such talented artists like Kelley Katherine from CA Dreamin Design, a boutique staging design firm located in Manhattan Beach. Kelley is passionate about her community, design, and her clients. She is known for exceptional communication, attention to detail and highlighting the beauty of California’s coastal lifestyle.
Kelley’s career in design began in Seattle as the Salon Footwear Buyer for Nordstrom. International travel to create custom design for the Nordstrom private label brand expanded her desires for creating her own design visions. Today, artisan pieces from around the world are an essential element in creating her unique staging aesthetic.
Kelley believes that staging must highlight the individual beauty of the property, evoking an instant emotion of connection for buyers. She also believes that a balanced design with layered warm textures, mixed with optimizing the home's natural light, is magic that creates the feeling of HOME.
